I love me some Photoshop. Who doesn’t really? It’s fun, you can do pretty much anything. I love the content-aware fill–trash be gone! I love the clone tool. I love it all. But there are those times when Photoshop doesn’t love me back. And that’s when I head on over to Retouchup.com where for $2.50-$10 you can get pretty much anything done. Real World Example
A couple of weeks ago I did a family shoot and this image was what they wanted for the 20×30 on the wall. You know, this is the big one, the big seller. But we had a problem. The daughter wasn’t smiling.
But I had this image where she was smiling.
But the other kids were a bit of a problem. They liked the other kids, but wanted this smile. So I gave it a go and after about 5 minutes figured out that with dad’s shirt, I wouldn’t be able to really get what I wanted.
