About Color Pop
Color Pop Actions were created by Dina Douglass, American Photo Top 10 Wedding Photographer. She has been known for her rich color treatments for quite some time. Additionally, she specializes in weddings that use a lot of color, most notably Indian weddings. Her color actions kill it.
History
To be totally honest and transparent, I’ve been friends with Dina Douglass for some time. We helped her a bit getting her site set up for e-commerce. We are doing our best to be objective in this review, but I want everyone to be aware that we’ve been friends for some time.
Recently, one of our core users, Keith Cephus, posted a glowing review of the Color Pop actions on a private photography forum. After reading his review, we knew it was time to post our review of Color Pop. Keith Cephus is a Virginia Beach Florida and Washington DC wedding photographer. He also creates amazing professional sports photography.
I spent some time on the phone yesterday with Keith and he highly recommends not only the color actions in Color Pop but the wonderful BW actions. What he loves about them is that they aren’t over the top, or “out there,” looks that won’t stand the test of time. Color Pop Actions are just enough to give him the artistic edge without going “over the edge.”
