We’re very excited to announce that Jerry Ghionis has won his 8th Album of the Year award from WPPI. We’re just as excited to announce that it was designed with Fundy Album Builder v4.
The album is a very unique concept and was quite difficult to design in a technical sense. Jerry and I sat down during one day at Mystic Seminars and created a mockup template. We purchased a Polaroid frame and then duplicated it across the page with slight tilts. Then, using Album Builder, we created the image frames to place on top of the Polaroid frames. This was tricky, because we had to make sure that the image frames matched up with each Polaroid frame and that the layers palette stayed in order so the images appeared correctly in the frames.
Now the really hard part all came down to Jerry’s vision. He had to bring in each image multiple times and adjust it both in size and placement to create this dazzling effect.
